Description
Pav Bhaji is a Maharashtrian fast food which has become the king of street food in India. This is one dish that feeds millions of people around India on a daily basis. Pav bhaji consists of a thick potato and vegetable based curry called as bhaji, garnished with coriander, chopped onion, and a dash of lemon and lightly toasted pav. The pav is usually buttered on all sides. This Vegetarian dish is full of nutritions as thick vegetable curry is made with potatoes, onions, carrots, chilies, peas, bell peppers, and tomatoes and served with a soft bread roll. The dish originated as a fast lunchtime dish for textile mill workers is now served at every restaurants throughout the India.
